Our Key Initiatives

Community Rehabilitation

In Ditwah we successfully undertook the reconstruction of the collapsed retaining wall at Vigneshwara Tamil Vidyalaya in Passara.Following the structural repairs, our team fully repainted the entire school complex and donated essential paint and refurbishing materials to several other schools in the region.

Dansal Program

Aligning with our core values of community solidarity and cultural preservation, the company organized a series of Vesak & Poson Dansal programs across our four tea factories during the Vesak season in 2025, 2026.

Staff & Workers Appreciation Programmes

Company initiated a series of dedicated Staff and Workers Appreciation Programmes across our corporate offices and operational estates. These initiatives were designed to recognize the unwavering commitment, hard work and resilience of our workforce.

Medical Camp & Clean Sri Lanka Initiative

Kalubowitiyana CTC Tea Factory organized the 'Arogya' Medical Camp with the Ministry of Health. Parallel to this healthcare initiative, the factory actively partnered with the national 'Clean Sri Lanka' project, driving localized environmental sustainability and hygiene awareness.
